Google Analytics (GA4): a Google tool for anonymous analysis of visitor traffic - pages viewed, visit duration and traffic source. The information is stored on Google's servers in accordance with Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of tracking through the Google Analytics Opt-out or set your browser to block cookies.
Transfer of Information Abroad
In the course of providing the service, some of the information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside Israel. We choose providers that have a published security and privacy policy.
Information Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the services or as required by law. When you stop using the services, you may request deletion of the information.
Self-Serve Service
An order of a campaign or training through the self-serve service (app.phishingu.com) is also subject to the service-specific privacy policy at https://app.phishingu.com/SelfServeLegal#privacy, which details what information is collected with an order (organization details, simulation recipients, request-origin data and payment details) and how it is retained. In case of conflict, the service-specific policy prevails for such an order.
Free Exposure Scan
When you request a scan or a report we keep the scanned domain, the check results, your email address and phone number (if provided), your IP address, and a record of the consents you gave. We also store the marketing source of the visit (campaign tags and referring site, no personal data) with the request. We use them to produce and send the report, to answer your request, and, if you agreed, to send marketing content. Marketing content is sent only with your consent and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click, without giving a reason. Our retention policy: we keep contact details of those who did not approve marketing for up to 12 months after the last contact, and then delete them, unless an active marketing consent exists. Providers: hosting, email delivery, human verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) and analytics. Requests for access, correction, deletion or removal from marketing can be sent to info@phishingu.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Policy Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any material change will be published on the website, and we will notify you by email where necessary.
